Welcome to the Home of the Eugene Rugby Club

Iit's once again time to lace up the boots and jump into the rugby season! Practices for the Eugene Rugby Club are kicking up again on January 17th at the Jefferson ATA school in Eugene. There is touch rugby at the University of Oregon turf fields Tuesdays and Thursday at 6pm going until the 12th. Check out the Practice Info page for the updates on the practice schedule.

Last season was a big step forward for the Eugene ruggers and we're hoping to continue the growth and development of our squad. We finished the 2010-2011 league play in third place and we ended up finishing 3rd in the PNRFU playoffs, as well. With an influx of new folks and our returning starters, we're hoping to improve even more this season!

Events for the season included the 30th Annual ERFC Alumni game on August 20th. For more information on the upcoming winter schedule check out the Schedule/Results page--we'll post it as soon as it's published.

AJ running the ball vs Vancouver We are always looking for new players to learn the game of Rugby Union--a full-contact game involving running, kicking, tackling, and a whole lot of other skills. Since 1973, Eugene Rugby has had a rich tradition with several league championships and regional appearances.

We need competitive athletes to continue this winning tradition! No experience is necessary--we'll teach you all you'll need to know. Contact Eli Goodwin for practice information or with any questions regarding the Eugene Rugby Club. Hope to see you out on the pitch soon!
