I. Bylaws were adopted 3-0.
II. Steve Strickland was appointed Secretary
as required by the Constitution.

were confirmed for 2002. The committee chairs are listed
first. Each chair needs to contact Mike Arnold (see
bylaws) by January 7, 2001 to give a committee report and
discuss duties.
